After a final PT, the gang headed to weigh in. KayCee donned a sassy LBD and looked absolutely amazing! Once she stepped on the scale, we saw that KayCee lost an overall 29 pounds! She missed her goal by one pound, which has to be a little disappointing, but KayCee wasn’t complaining. Once the others weighed in the over all winners were announced. Jay MacCarroll won the overall prize, but as you can tell from the title, the Blue Team, lead by Ms. Stroh herself, won as a team! In addition to a gym membership and some great workout equipment, the team received vacations to several relaxation destinations. Sounds like a second honeymoon for her and Ben

Now, we don’t have the technology to do the neato “shape-shifting” that VH1 did on the program last night to show the weight loss, but we do have simple pictures.

This first one is from May of last year. A few months before the CFC workout began.

And this one is from just a couple weeks ago. A few months after the show ended taping, but it seems to us, the body stayed and improved

After seeing the episode last night, KayCee took to her twitter to express her frustration saying “I love how CFC didn’t show me carrying things up the mountain by myself and leading my team,they r settin me up to look like a bad leader “ We had previously asked her how she liked the stepping and commented on how surprised we were about the portrayal and she went on to say (in a small series of tweets, edited for continuity) “I was sooo excited to Step! I had never done that before but was thinkin “alright now were talkin”I was also helpin my team & led the cadences. Bach was struggling so I kept taking him aside to help him catch up haha but that’s the beauty of reality TV they decided to paint me as the sweet girl that’s not a good leader haha but we all know the truth ” She continued to tell us that Harvey said a lot of good things to her at weigh in as well and that they left them out to make her look like a pushover.

Basically, we want to make sure you all realize, VH1 does not show us 100% of the footage. Like any reality TV show they cut everything to mash an image of every character. While we don’t believe they are trying to misrepresent anyone, we do advise you to take everything with a grain of salt and know that KayCee is a good leader. And she’s got the awards to prove it!

Season 7, entitled “Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp,” will premiere February 8th at 9pm (EDT) on VH1. A preview of the season will be available online at vh1.com starting February 1st. Battling the bulge this season are legendary R&B bad boy Bobby Brown, Jay McCarroll (winner of “Project Runway,” Season 1), KayCee Stroh (“High School Musical”), dancer and choreographer Kevin Federline, former “Baywatch” babe Nicole Eggert, Sebastian Bach (Former lead singer of Skid Row), actress Shar Jackson (“Moesha”), and infamous “Bad Girl” Tanisha Thomas (“Bad Girls Club”, Season 2). The cast will be broken into two teams, competing for $200,000 in cash and prizes and the individual celeb who drops the most weight will win $50,000 in prizes.
