Born May 29, 1984, KayCee herself says she was practically born dancing. As the youngest of three girls, she used to go with her mom to work. Where did mom work? A dance studio of course. She started dancing at the tender age of two, and after years of training, she became a very popular dance teacher in the Salt Lake City area. Recognized with many awards, it was easy to see where her talents lie.

After hearing about auditions in Salt Lake City for a Disney Channel original movie, she took a group of her students to try out, for experience, if nothing else. We could say the rest is history, because as we know, she landed the role of Martha Cox and was shot to stardom in the High School Musical franchise.

Since that first TV movie, she has gone on to take part in its TV movie sequel, High School Musical 2 and big screen feature, High School Musical 3: Senior Year. She has also appeared on HSM co-star Ashley Tisdale’s show “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody.”

With an ever-growing fan base in the Disney franchise alone, there is no doubt that the future is very bright for this starlet.
